We handle lease drafting and negotiation from deal terms agreement ("letter of intent") to contract signing and payment. This may involve coordinating the work product and input of several parties, negotiating language with attorneys and others, and keeping the process moving as quickly and simply as possible. At times, we negotiate the deal terms of the agreement as well.
