Contract Coordination and Management
We pro-actively manage communication with a broad variety of parties to let ownership and management focus on their own priorities.
Contract Drafting and Negotiation
We handle contract drafting and negotiation from deal terms agreement ("letter of intent") to contract signing and payment. This may involve coordinating the work product and input of several parties, negotiating language with attorneys and others, and keeping the process moving as quickly and simply as possible. We often negotiate the deal terms of the agreement as well.
Relationship Restructuring and Termination
Agreements often need to be changed, extended, or terminated. We aim to make this process as simple as possible, and are able to coordinate all required steps and document signatures needed.
Strategy
We help investors and business owners to navigate current or prospective relationships with clients, employees, vendors and others. Strategies may look different depending on the plans for a particular property, tax planning, and anticipated capital events. As part of our strategic advice, we offer contract review and lease analysis.
